All our personalised items are hand stamped using brass-cut die and hot stamping foil. There will be a slight difference between every product due to the natural variations in process. 

Naturally, there may be slight imperfections in the stamping as we're stamping on naturally textured skin. However this is almost unnoticeable. 

Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalised items as it's been specifically personalised for you.

The personalised letters currently available are A-Z.

To Put on:
**Make sure you have all your connections to AirPods (Using back button) already connected as you will not be able to do this with the Croco case on.
  1. Clean your AirPods charging case with wipes
  2. Simply insert into the case and close the top of the case onto the Charging Case. (Make sure it completely closes)

To Take off:

**At the beginning this will feel very very difficult as the case is still new and the leather is still sturdy

  1. Open the case 
  2. Hold down the Charging Case (where the AirPods are)
  3. Hold the Croco Case top cover 
  4. Pull down the top cover, with other hand still holding down the charging case until the top of Charging case pops out.



All* MM LONDON pieces come with a 6 months warranty for the item and 3 months for the personalised lettering.

Every item is eligible for a replacement or repair up to one time within this period for a fault in the handcrafting of the piece. Wear & Tear is not covered.

Non-personalised Products:
  • Products which are not personalised can be returned/exchanged within 14 days of Delivery.
  • These items must be in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.
